Fullstory helps you understand and improve conversions on your site, and identify points of friction. The Fullstory integration helps you to understand and improve conversions on your website, and identify points of friction based on user behavior. Key benefits:

• Capture and playback all in-browser interactions.
• Easily segment your playback sessions based on which experiment variations they saw.
• Identify areas of optimization with FullStory and prioritize your roadmap of experiments in Kameleoon.

Activate Fullstory on Kameleoon

To enable Fullstory on Kameleoon:

1. Open the Kameleoon app.
2. Click Admin > Integrations.
3. Click Install the tool.
4. Select the project on which you want to activate Fullstory.
5. Click Validate.

You will then see an ON toggle to the right of the tool’s line and the number of projects on which the tool is configured. The data will be automatically pushed to Fullstory if this is installed on your pages.

Associate Fullstory with a Kameleoon campaign

In the Graphic/Code editor

To associate Fullstory with a campaign in the Graphic/Code editor:

1. Click Finalize > Integrations.
2. Select Fullstory.

Fullstory will be mentioned in the summary pop-in before going live. Kameleoon will automatically transmit the data to Fullstory and you can view your results directly in the tool.

On the personalization creation page

You can select Fullstory as a reporting tool for a personalization the same way you would in an A/B test.

On the Results page

The reporting tools associated with the experiment are displayed. Click Edit to edit this selection. You can then select or unselect Fullstory. Click Validate and continue to finalize or update your campaign.
