# Kissmetrics

> Send Kameleoon A/B test and personalization data to Kissmetrics to enrich user analysis with experiment exposure details and build targeted segments.

With the Kissmetrics integration, you can upload the data of your A/B tests and personalizations launched from Kameleoon to Kissmetrics.

Kissmetrics is a solution that helps you understand your users' behavior to serve different interests:

* Increasing conversions
* Optimizing user experience
* Segmenting your users
* Retaining your best customers

For more information, you can consult [Kissmetrics' documentation](https://support.kissmetrics.io/docs/setup-platform-overview).

**Key benefits:**

* Feed your data back into Kissmetrics and enrich the analysis of your Kameleoon experiments to better analyze the impact of your digital campaigns.
* Enhance the knowledge and understanding of your visitors (A/B test report, Path report, and Funnel overview).

## Activate Kissmetrics

To use Kissmetrics, you must activate it in the Kameleoon Integrations page. To do this:

1. Log in to the Kameleoon app.
2. Click **Admin** > **Integrations** > **Install the tool**.
3. Select the projects on which you want to configure Kissmetrics.
4. Click **Validate**.

You will then see a **ON** toggle on the right of the tool’s line, and the number of projects the tool is configured on.

Your experiments' results will be automatically transmitted to Kissmetrics if the tool's script is installed on your pages.

<Note>
  If you need to change the behavior of our native bridge, you can [create a custom analytics bridge](./custom-analytics-integration) and use the Kissmetrics sample code on [our Github repository](https://github.com/Kameleoon/custom-analytics-integrations/tree/master/kiss-metrics).
</Note>
