# Manage goals

> Find, edit, duplicate, delete, and bulk-manage goals from the Kameleoon Goals dashboard using filters, sort options, and grouped actions.

## Access the Goals page

To access the Goals page in Kameleoon, click **Settings** > **Goals**

## Manage your goals

A card indicates each goal's information.

<Note>
  The **Engagement** goal is included by default for all sites associated with your Kameleoon account. This goal records the number of visitors who open at least one other page after your landing page.

### Find a goal

A **search bar**, a **filter tool**, and a **sorting tool** are available to help you find a particular goal.

#### Filter goals

You can filter the goals according to several criteria:

* Project
* Type
* Status
* Tag
* Key Date
* Creator
* Tracking AI

#### Project

You can filter the displayed goals based on the project they are associated with.

Check the websites and click **Apply**.

#### Type

You can filter the displayed goals based on their type. For example, you can choose to display custom goals only.

Check the types and click **Apply**.

#### Status

You can filter the displayed goals based on their status: Active or Inactive

Select a status and click **Apply**.

#### Tag

You can filter the displayed goals based on their tag.

Check the authors and click **Apply**.

#### Key date

You can filter the displayed goals based on their last modification or creation date.

Select a date and click **Apply**.

#### Creator

You can filter the displayed goals based on their creator.

Check the authors and click **Apply**.

#### Tracking AI

You can filter the displayed goals based on their use of tracking AI.

Check the authors and click **Apply**.

#### Sort goals

The sorting option lets you sort your goals based on several criteria:

* Name
* Linked to (Campaign)
* Edition date
* Goal ID
* Creation date
* Website

#### Name

Hover over **Name** and click the chevron to sort goals in alphabetical (or reverse alphabetical) order.

#### Linked to

Hover over **linked to** and click the chevron to rank the goals based on campaign type.

#### Edition date

Hover over **Edited** and click the chevron to sort goals from newest edition to oldest or vice versa.

#### Goal ID

Hover over **ID** and click the chevron to sort goal IDs in ascending or descending order

#### Creation date

Hover over **Created** and click the chevron to sort goals from newest creation to oldest or vice versa.

#### Website

Hover over **Website** and click the chevron to organize goals based on their associated websites in alphabetical (or reverse alphabetical) order.

### Edit a goal

To edit an existing goal:

1. Find the goal's card.
2. Click **Edit** on the goal's card. A pop-in opens and lets you make changes.

<Warning>
  If you edit a goal configured on an online, paused, or planned experiment, you will change how Kameleoon measures your conversions. Results analysis will be more complex. We recommend stopping and duplicating the experiment before editing any goals.
</Warning>

3. Click **Validate** to save your changes.

### Duplicate a goal

To duplicate a goal:

1. Select the goal you want to duplicate.
2. Click the **three-dots menu** on the right side of the goal's card.
3. Click **Duplicate**. The **Duplicate** sidebar opens.
4. Click **Continue** at the bottom of the pop-in to validate the goal's duplication.

### Delete a goal

To delete a goal:

1. Select the goal you want to delete.
2. Click the **three-dots menu** on the right side of the goal's card.
3. Click **Delete**.

### Multiple selection

You can select multiple goals at the same time and apply a common action to them. For example, it is possible to delete several goals at once.

To select multiple goals:

1. Select a goal.
2. Click the **three-dots menu** on the right side of the goal's card.
3. Click **Select**. The goals become selectable and the **Grouped actions** sidebar opens.

Several actions are possible:

* **Select all / deselect all**

To deselect all goals of the page:

1. Click **Options**.
2. Click **Deselect all**.

The actions you perform will be applied to all selected goals. The following actions can be performed:

* **Activate**
  * Activate all selected goals.

* **Disable**
  * Disable all selected goals.

* **Manage tags**
  * Click **Manage tags** n the **Grouped actions** sidebar.

* **Export goals**
  * Click **Export** in the **Grouped actions** sidebar. Select a format: **PDF** or **Excel**. Set the export options if needed. Then, click **Export Dashboard**. Only the checked goals will be present in the file.
